I'm loyal.  If you are in, you're in.  I'll treat you like platinum.  But piss me off, and it's done.  Yeah, forgiveness is something I seriously need to work on.

I rarely get offended, and if I do, it's because it really is a shortcoming of mine, not the person who said/did something.  I find that when people get offended, they usually are being told something they don't want to hear because it's something they need to work on.

I don't like everybody.  Get over it.  I will be kind, but there are just some people I don't enjoy being around and I am not going to pretend I do just because we happen to be around one another.  I don't leave that area gray.  So if you don't like me, don't pretend to.  I see right through your fakeness.  I strongly dislike Sunday fake people, and unfortunately that is where you have them the most.  You know, God sees right through you?  Do you get that?

I LOVE to cook, CrossFit and run.  They allow me to escape.

I own over 35 pieces of All Clad and I am proud of it.  I can spend hours in my kitchen, listening to jazz (or if it's been a really bad day some Nine Inch Nails) and cooking the day away.  And even though I taught cooking classes for a few years at Williams Sonoma, and I know that store like the back of my hand, I still get giddy every time I go in there.  Giddy like a child in a candy store.

I love my CrossFit gym and to run.  I run so I can listen to bad music.  Don't ask for my playlist if you are offended by bad words.  'Cause my playlist is full of 'em.

Speaking of music, I like pretty much anything.  My playlist varies from NIN to Abba to Bon Jovi to Pink.  I can't hold a tune to save my life.   I like to play piano but am not very good, however, I practice because one day I WILL play Moonlight Sonata.

My children are my joy and life.  I never wanted to be a mother.  But I don't regret it.  I have many regrets, but that is not one of them.  There are days that I am impatient, but the day never ends without telling my children I am sorry and that I love them.  I will protect them every day of my life.  They say that "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" but I think it is more like "hell hath no fury like a mother whose child has been harmed".

The best lesson I have ever learned is from my Father and it was how to shoot a gun.  And where to hit so I only have to shoot once.  Just so you know.

And finally, I love to continue to learn.  Why stop learning?  There is always something new around the corner~
