1 can albacore tuna, water packed
1 tbsp. grapeseed veganaise
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1 dill pickle, chopped
3 slices avocado
3 slices tomato
Mix tuna (drained) with veganaise, mustard, and pickle.  Salt and pepper to taste.  
Serve on top of stacked avocado and tomato slices.  For a real treat, drizzle with a bit of balsamic vinegar.  So yummy!
